During the storage of the products, appropriate devices are provided with suitable climatic conditions by taking the product safety into consideration. the temperature data are recorded regularly to ensure traceability with our calibrated measuring devices. Additionally, our company has the Business Registration Certificate (TR-34-181153) by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and provides storage and preservation in accordance with Food Safety principles with our personnel having Hygiene Certificate for the storage of food products. With the waybill / order data of our customers, the products are prepared safely via our online system and our customers's own systems, and the products are prepared for shipment and delivery. With our warehouse software that we use, products are defined with all product-specific parameters such as serial, lot number and expiration date. Product reports specific to customers expectations (expiration date, product transportations, etc.) are availed and reports are provided for customer information. Our storage and product dispatch areas are monitored and recorded 24 hours a day through security camera systems. Our records are kept in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVK), information security standards and are shared with our customers based on information security principles. Our storage areas are settled with the necessary equipments (fire extinguishers, alarm systems, etc.) in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Protection Regulation. By taking the stored products’s safety into account, planned checks and inspections of these equipments are carried out periodically.

To ensure the work and product safety, all equipments used in the storage areas (forklift, pallet truck and rack system, etc.) are taken into consideration, and periodic inspections and checks are carried out in a planned manner,. Our storage areas are equipped with 7/24 Electronic Alarm and Camera recording systems against theft and malicious acts as well as guarded by our security staff. In addition, the stored customer products are under ensurance against any damage, theft, fire, earthquake and possible emergencies.
