STORAGE
The products entered into our warehouse are stored in safe conditions by storing them in accordance with the environmental quality standards, temperature and humidity conditions (palletised, citric, coded, etc.) in accordance with the defined shelf system of the companies until the shipment stage. REVERSE LOGISTICS
REVERSE LOGISTICS can be defined as an efficient and cost-effective planning, implementation and control of the flow of raw materials, in-process stocks, final products and the relevant information from the point of consumption to the point of production, to ensure the product value protection or proper disposal. A product subject to reverse logistics may enter this reverse shipping / reverse distribution network for many different reasons. In these turns:

The returns that take place at any stage of production can be called “production returns”, the returns that occur during the end product reaching the end consumer can be defined as “delivery returns”, and the returns from consumers using the final product can be defined as )customer returns). Reverse logistics has economic, ecological and legal benefits. Laws may require the product to be recalled and re-evaluated or properly disposed of. Reverse logistics may be applied due to environmentally friendly production and consumption or the re-evaluation of the product due to the economic benefits in terms of resource and material usage. In case of reverse logistics demand for the reasons stated above, the requests forwarded to us by companies or relevant call center are collected by our despatchers from consumers’s address all across Turkey and the productes are shipped to the company headquarters or production / factory point for inspection. In this context, in line with the demand of our customers, equivalent products and / or gift packages are sent to the relevant consumer. Our main purpose in these services is to solve customer dissatisfaction by providing a fast, reliable and cost-effective transportation of products.
E-COMMERCE
With the development of technology and the increasing e-commerce approach due to the virus epidemic that has been experienced all over the world recently, the sales products in our warehouse are integrated into the e-commerce programs of our customers and full-time stock compatibility is provided. Upon the formation of a customer order, the information is transfered to us online and the products are prepared and forwarded to the relevant customers with the shipping code.
QUALITY CONTROL
The products to be entered into our warehouse are subject to quality control in terms of customer standards and product safety, and the results are shared with our customers instantly, and the products that are accepted in line with the customer decision are defined according to our standards and stored into our warehouse.
FOLLOW-UP
Through the stock tracking programs used in our company for quality control and identification processes, regular stock tracking is carried out in line with the customer demand, taking into account the product's maturity, shelf life, critical stock level and product storage conditions. At the same time, with online stock tracking, our customers can monitor their stocks on the web.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
We ensure the accuracy and traceability of the products that are quality controlled and stored in our warehouse, we present all the motion records (entrance, leave, destruction, person,company, delivery etc.) of our products to our customers with strategic reports from the moment they enter our warehouse. The movements of the products in different fields throughout the process are tracked and the stock deficit or surplus information are reported online in line with the principles determined by the customers.
CUSTOMER REQUEST MANAGEMENT
The products in the warehouse inventory of our customers are kept in accordance with the orders and demands of the customers, and are delivered by applying quality standards from our warehouse.
HANDLING
in our warehouse, we prepare the products in our stock for delivery in line with the customers’s demands (dropping from stocks, adjusting the desired quantities, controls for packaging and safe shipping etc.) and make them suitable for delivery.
Delivery
In line with the demands of customers, we package the amount of products in their stocks, send them to the people or institutions they specify with our vehicles certified by the Ministry of Transportation with K-1 Certificate, and subsequently track them and notify customers.
ARCHIVING AND DESTRUCTION
The products that accepted to our warehouse on behalf of the companies are taken into the archive units by applying the quality control and storage operations. the amount of products for archival purpose requested by companies is taken and photographed. In case the products available and monitored in the warehouse stocks are out of use, products are taken to the quarantine areas allocated to companies, and in line with the company's request, recycling or disposal is carried out in accordance with the environmental legislation.
